Our Warranty Coverage: What’s Included
We provide a three (3) year warranty on all professionally installed frameless shower glass, glass office walls, accompanying hardware, and accessories selected at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship and extends to the original purchaser only.
If a defect arises during the three-year period, we will repair or replace the affected part free of charge. All warranty service is performed by our own on-staff installers at the original installation site.
We also offer a one (1) year warranty on plastic seals, including bottom sweeps and shower door stops. These items are considered routine maintenance parts and may require replacement over time. After the warranty expires, these materials are readily available for purchase and are easy to replace.
Glass coating warranties are provided by the manufacturer—please refer to the coating supplier’s website for specific terms and conditions.
What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover
While we stand behind the quality of our work, it’s important to note a few exclusions. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Repairs or alterations by anyone other than an MFS/A Touch of Brass technician
- Scratches caused by improper cleaning
- Mold or mildew buildup due to lack of proper maintenance
- Corrosion on mirrors due to prolonged water exposure
